Order a repeat prescription
Please note we do not take prescription requests over the phone. Prescription requests take a minimum of 2 working days to process at the practice. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your requested to be processed and sent to your local chemist of choice.
Prescription requests should be left on the Prescription Line 0141 473 1080 - Option 2. Alternatively you can request a prescription through your Pharmacy.
Please ensure the following details are including when requesting your prescription or there may be unnecessary delays in processing the request.
- Name
- Date of birth
- Contact number (in the event of a query relating to the request)
- Name of each medication required and strength if known
- Name of local chemist where the request should be sent
